Who we are
GOamplify is a digital marketing agency operated by Mega Cards Co W.L.L (CR 84148-01), Mandarine Business Centre, Suite 51 & 52, Building 681, Road 3615, Block 436, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. What we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through the chat widget, a form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect what you share: typically your name, contact details, company or brand, and what you want to achieve. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver the engagement and invoice for it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical and usage data: the pages you view, how you found us, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This arrives through cookies and similar technologies set by the tools below.
The tools we use
- Chat and CRM. Our chat widget is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). Conversations and the contact details you share in them are stored in our customer relationship system so the right strategist can reply and keep context.
- Analytics. We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising measurement. As a marketing agency we practise what we run for clients: advertising tags from platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn may measure whether our own campaigns led you here. These operate subject to your consent choices where required.
- Embedded media. Showreels and case-study videos are hosted on Vimeo and load when you choose to play them; Vimeo may set its own cookies at that point.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to deliver and secure it.
How we use personal information
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To measure our own marketing, with consent where required.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in Bahrain and elsewhere we operate.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without a lawful basis to do so. You can opt out of any marketing communication at any time.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers named above (who process it on our behalf), with professional advisers where necessary, and where the law requires it. Some providers process data outside Bahrain, including in the United States and the European Union; where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under their terms.
Retention
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as the relationship is active and afterwards for as long as we reasonably need it for legal, accounting or dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to hello@goamplify.agency and we will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a consent banner is shown you can accept or decline non-essential cookies there. Declining analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or talk to us.
Children
Our services and website are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update it here and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged more visibly.
